I serve as a trusted advisor to boards, C-suite executives, and leadership teams of both public and private equity-backed companies, guiding them through executive assessment, succession, cultural transformation, and development.My career has taken me across industries and geographies, having led both sales and consulting teams and founded businesses along the way. This hands-on experience gives me a grounded perspective on the realities of leadership in complex systems — from entrepreneurial ventures to enterprise-wide transformations.Currently, I hold a strategic leadership role within Accenture’s Global Leadership & Culture practice, working with +$1B revenue-generating client accounts and helping scale leadership advisory services across enterprise-wide, multi-million-dollar transformation programs. In my spare time, I also serve as an adjunct lecturer where I speak about Leadership and Strategy.I also hold the prestigious Board Certified Coach (BCC) designation through CCE, and am a licensee for the International Association of Coaching (IAC), training coaches through @Leaping Koi.I believe in leadership as an active practice — one that demands curiosity, discipline, and the courage to provoke meaningful change. Whether coaching a CEO, assessing executive readiness, or supporting cultural transformation at scale, I help leaders see more clearly, act more intentionally, and lead with greater impact.I'm open to interesting ideas.
